Yes. All products at EIP Skin Care are 100% genuine and carefully sourced. We do not deal in fake or replica items.

3. How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your order.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available payment options shown at checkout.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions.
6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, makeup, and fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
